Waxhaw Home Finds is an online advertising and promotional platform. Services include:

• Featured property listings (paid ads only, advertiser-submitted content).

• Exclusive page sponsorship (top banner logo + link).

• Featured “Find of the Month” product placement.

• Carolina Terrain promotional plug (informational only).

Note: Waxhaw Home Finds does not operate as a real estate broker and does not handle transactions, contracts, or negotiations between buyers and sellers.

4. Pricing Plans and Fees

Advertising plans are subscription-based or one-time as listed on our Plans & Pricing page.

• Feature a Listing: $20/mo

• Exclusive Page Sponsor: $149/mo

• Featured Product of the Month: $199/mo

All prices are in USD. Plans auto-renew monthly until canceled.

5. Payments

Payments are collected at checkout via secure payment processing. Ads are published once payment is received.

6. Refund Policy

• If your listing or ad is not published within 2 business days, you may request a full refund.

• Otherwise, all ad sales are final.

• Refunds are not provided for early cancellation of subscription terms.

7. Content Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information, including property details, pricing, photos, product descriptions, and links.

• By submitting content, you confirm you own rights to images/media provided.

• Waxhaw Home Finds reserves the right to reject ads that are misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waxhaw Home Finds is not liable for:

• Accuracy of any advertiser-submitted content.

• Buyer/seller disputes.

• Errors, delays, or downtime affecting ad visibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waxhaw Home Finds and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or misuse of services.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or for any misuse of the platform.
